My son is 6 months old, after having rashes on his skin, it fills with water and becomes yellow in color and breaks.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. I think your child is having some allergy or infection is better for you to get a check with your paediatrician or a dermatologist it’s like a major skin problem that’s their need to have a proper check up and then only treatment tell me suggestion
