My son is 6.3 year old. he has started new tooth without losing his milk teeth. I am wondering what to do now. please suggest ASAP.

A. Hi if milk teeth have not fallen and permanent teeth is erupting behind the milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for removal of the milk teeth as soon as possible
