Q.

My son is 5months old, I am having severe hairfall, can I have Shelcal 500 as calcium tablets now for hairfall. Is it good now.

A. Hello mom If you are a breastfeeding mother than you should not take any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr. Hair fall is because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. You should start doing a massage with virgin coconut oil regularly and also apply aloe vera one hour before but it will help in reducing hair fall
