Q.

my son is 5 yrs old and his weight is 17 kgs..and he looks lean. is this weight appropriate?

A. yes. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. Hello dear parent, you should give supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Al's give rich diet like full cream milk either plain or in the form of banana shake or mango shake etc they are healthy and helps in weight gain. Also give ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. But must balance her diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
