my son is 5 yr old uska waight kitna hona chiye ..ar usko last one month se khasi a a rhi hi cough waali those din k liye shi ho GI thi fir se AA rhi hi Kya kroo

This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remediexs like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.
