my son is 5 yr old...plz suggest me healthy diet plan for him..as his weight is less than average ..

A. healthy diet plan.. 7am a cup of milk 9am breakfast as poha cheela idly cornflakes chocos suji halwa upma uthapam dosa.. 11am any fruits as papaya apple pear sapota banana.. 1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda 7.30pm dinner as rice dal doodh roti stuffed parantha.. 10pm a cup of milk.. add weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruits ghee butter cheese in moderate amount..
