my son is 5 years old night me uski body heat ho ja rahi hai cold hai unko but every day night 3 days se hot ho jara woh

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along giwith that cough expectorant and decongestant ywith antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. Heat is there but is it there fever or not you have to check it with the temperature with the thermometer if it is fever then it could probably be due to the reaction of cold so you have to check for that and accordingly further medication can be suggested
