Q.

my son is 5 years old his nose was bleeding and stopped with in a minute he plays outside but his nose bleeds in the evening time is it due to summer? is it common? this happen today and 10 to 12 days ago. what could be the reason

A. bleeding from the nasal cavity also known as epistexis. during the initial bleeding episode ycou will have to press up on the bleeding area to stop the bleeding. you can press some cold ice or cold cloth also to decrease the bleeding after bleceding stops you have to make use of nasal saline drops to keep the nasal cavity moist and also apply antibacterial cream (tbact) over the bleeding area for faster healing

A. Its Absolutely due to the heat in summer but it’s not a good sign to have nose leading in general also it would be advisable for you to consult an ENT doctor ones for a proper checkup and whatever treatment or medication get is required can be suggested by the doctor
