Dear ma’am, it could simply be a behavioural sleep issue rather than a health issue but yes talk to your doctor once but before that make sure to establish a bed time routine. And children too can have stress so see what is bothering him. Avoid playing TV or giving other gadgets often. Tell him bed is meant for sleeping and not for eating or playing. Give him a glass of warm milk before bedtime. And get him used to sunlight expos in the morning. Encourage more physical activity.

Hello mom it’s fine if he is unable to or don’t wish to sleep in the day time .. night you can put him to sleep .. as he is active that indicates he is quite engergetic .. so make sure his energy is utilised and drained .. if possible take him out to play some outdoor games . Some physical activities and not much of tv or screen time . Avoid sugary food before or nearing bed time
