Q.

my son is 5 years old and when he plays he start jumping and running and after that at night he start paining his legs and foot what should I do for that is there any tonic for that please doc suggest something for that

A. It can be considered as normal according to the age as per the details you have already mentioned but if at all in addition to this there is any other factor that you think is considerable and is a matter of concern then you should visit your pediatrician who ca DDn guide you in a proper way after knowing complete details.

A. for now. as per what you have mentioned here this shall require proper examination and also a complete check up which also can need some tests to know what is the proper diagnosis so best visit a local doctor .
