If less growth compared to age not taking proper feed then include calorie,protein rich weight gain foods.
Banana,mango,potato,beans,peas,pulses(dal,dal kichfi,dal rice,idly,urad dal ladoo),dry fruit ladoo/chikki,using ghee cheese ,butter,curd ricw ,curd daily with roti or rice,egg(omlet,boiled /scrambled egg)meat helps in weight gain.
If not gaining after good intake then check with paediatrician .
Illness cold,cough,general flu,fever are common in kids after falling ill they boosts up immunity so no need to worry.
Expose to sunlight,engage in physical activities,outdoor games.
