My son is 5 years old and sometime he gets so hyper that it is not manageable.Moreover when we go outside that time.What is the reason and how to handle it? As a parent what support should be given?

A. Hai good morning !! Yes crankiness in toddlers is common as they want what they demand. Rejecting or saying,yelling at them worsens the situation. Explaining the reason ,consequences to be faced in thier manner or by story telling ... Before planning outside set them boundaries that you are going for outing no outside ,junk food no tantrums , praise the kid you are good kid ,you gonna enjoy outing ,not throwing tantrums so that the kids will tune to be normal however at times they creat mess or demands what they see little patience to soothe,explaining them will helps.
