my son is 5 years old and he is getting fever and cough again and again also is having adenoids issue

Fever and cough can also be associated with allergy or change in whether it can sometimes be associated with some infection and not necessarily associated with adenoids so whatever medicine you have to give to the child has to be approved by the Dr kindly get in touch with your doctor for further assessment
