Q.
My son is 5 years 3 months old. his weight is only 12.4kgs and his immune system is not so strong. most of time no appetite. please do guide me. regards

Consult your paedritician to rule out underlying cause of underweight Or to know any deficiency and treatment accordingly.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and to improve immunity give citric fruits and dry fruits which can be helpful and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
