my son is 5 year old and suffering from constipation about one year ...now his anus area swelling while he doing potty n pushes ... is it serious i am so much warrried... what to do

Is swelling and all is there then it is not a healthy sign you should actually consult your doctor once doctor would be able to give you better guidance on that and also you should give some laxative for the time being along with a tool softener as well
