My son is 5 months old . His weight is 5.9 Kg . He is exclusively on breastfeeding. Is he underweight ?? What should I do regarding this ??

A. dear Mum baby should gain atleast 500 grams weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less if your baby achieved that do not worry exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
