my son is 5 month old he is totally on my feed till now is it safe to introduce to formula now will he able to digest or should I give cow milk adding water plz help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't give cow milk till 1 year, even if ur baby is formula fed. No Cow's/animal's milk as a drink till 1 year as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest.
