my son is 5.8 year old .he is not eating properly.i m giving him pediasure so rather than this what should I give to him

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Milk is only a part of the meal. It can’t be considered as a full meal at any point of time. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family
