my son is 4yrs and 5m old he is having fever from 2days which is not getting down I'm giving him CALPOL 250 I want to know what more can be done

Usually it takes about three days to subside the normal fever so I’m just going to advise you to continue with the medication and by tomorrow like from the last dose today to 24 hours next day if the fever doesn’t come down completely then consult the doctor because and it’s not a normal fever it could be associated with viral or any other kind but right now you still have one more day to continue with medication
