my son is 4years now,I have not given any deworming tablet.is it compulsory to give this tablet.if yes,plz tell me the dosage.

If you have never given the warm medication to the child, and then it is better to check with your doctor once to know the dosage and duration. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
