Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Weight is absolutely normal
No need to worry
Between the ages of 5 and 8 years children grow about 5 to 8 cm per year They also gain between 4 and 7 pounds that is 2-3 kg per year between the ages of 6 and puberty
