my son is 4year 6month old his feet n hand palm is warm but no fever having dry cough little nasal dry blocked gas from mouth should I checked for doctor?

A. hi. for block mose, do give steam inhalation or nebulization. give lots of fluids, may use saline nasal drops and of temp is mpre yhan 100F ,consult ur doc.
