Q.

My son is 47 days old on his belly button some red lump . Please let me know Is it comes off or is it umbilical granuloma?

A. age of the baby is 47 days baby is having a umbilical granuloma which needs proper cauterization please consult your pediatrician it can be very simply removed . . .
