Q.
my son is 45 days old..after each feed 20 mins on both side and after burp he is fussy and starts crying.so I started giving formula one feed or two feed when he is more fussy. 2 days before his poop is like attached.Red sperks in his poop.Is it due to combination of bm and formula??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. uLoose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econonhrm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
