Q.

My son is 4+ years old. He has iron deficiency since his birth. What should I do for him because still iron isn't making properly in his body. I am giving regularly iron drop but his skin color looks like yellowish. His lips color looks pale. Suggest me pls. Thanks in advance

A. hello. correct his diet as well.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food..

A. hello give iron rich food along with the supplement and if required in regards to additional medication it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
