My son is 4 years old..he eats well but his weight is not gaining.

If the child is eating really well that the weight is not increasing that means your child could probably be either having an issue of indigestion or some nutritional deficiency could be there which is why even after eating so well as with what you’re mentioning the child is not gaining sufficient amount of weight
