My son is 4 years old and he is very active kid. can someone please let me know how we can engage him with outdoor activities because since he is kind of addicted with watching YouTube Videos and playing games in Mobile Phone.

You need not necessarily take the child outside and you can even do activities like painting and coloring at home only and first of all try not to turn on the TV or the mobile in front of the child give it to him even if the baby insists or even cries for it

Do lots of fun activities together
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hygiene
Wash hands often before touching your baby
