my son is 4 years and 11 month old.his weight is 14 how can I improve his weight. what are the food i included in his diet daily

A. dear mum , give nutrient energy dense foods include a protein source in every meal from legumes beans dal tofu/ egg non veg , full fat curd paneer , nuts oilseeds veg , fruit for immunity add ghee
