my son is 4 year old. his weight is only 13.9kgs.. he is not gaining weight at all..he is active and playful.. please provide some suggestions for increasing weight

A lot of time despite of eating well kids do not gain weight because of nutritional deficiency or an issue of digestion so if you’re not very certain about what can be the reason behind it it would be good for you to get examined by your doctor they can guide you what can be done
