Q.
My son is 4 n half months his birth weight was 2.9 kgs but now he’s only 5.5… he had viral fever last week can that effect the weight of the baby… and can I start with top feed when he’s 5 months

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby breastfeeding exclusively and if breast milk is less then you can give your baby formula milk and baby weight should be doubled the birth weight in first six months at least.
