My son is 4 months old , since 15 days he is doing green colour stool. I have done his stool test also and report is normal. But I am still worried

A. yeah very much normal, Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.
