Hello mom babies apna weight about 300 GMs to 1 kg tak gain karte hai monthly aur fir age 4 to 6 months tak woh double karte hai , agar woh preterm baby hai tho unka weight thoda slow gain hoga compared to full term baby , fir bhi agar woh. Bahut cum hai tho aap coconut milk bhi de sakte hai apne feed k saath bhi
