my son is 4 months 25 days old .he is on breastfeed.his weight is 5.4 kg .what can I do to increase his weight?

By this age of child should have gained 2 1/2 kg on top of the birth rate that is a proper gain that you see then it’s fine otherwise you will have to start giving formula feeding because this indicates that your breastfeeding isn’t working enough for the child
