Q.
My son is 4 month old...but I can breast feed him only for 20-30 days...rest it almost dried...I tried many things but unable to find solution...I also find sometimes guilty that I am unable to breastfeed him...is there any way that I can be able to produce breast milk n feed him..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can try taking Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk if that helps if it does not continue with formula feeding and there is no need to feel guilty because you’re not doing something intentionally it is something which your body is not supporting so don’t go on that guilt trip it’s completely normal for a woman not to produce sufficient milk for the child and there is nothing wrong in it
