A. Hello dear parent! They are called growing pains. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Avoid outside foods. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care l.
