Q.

my son is 4.7 years old since past few days he is not eating properly whatever is offered to him he eats a couple of bites n then starts puking out n then denies food what can be the reason kindly suggest

A. Then you should actually check with your doctor what maybe the problem is your child having some kind of an in digestion issue or any other problem associated with the gut health of your child because if your child is eating and vomiting like this and it’s associated with same problem
