Q.
My son is 4.5 months old. He is not urinating in the night from last 2-3 days. He does so in the morning where the urine is yellow. The urine doesn't use to smell earlier. Now there is smell in the urine. Is it a sign of dehydration? Should I start giving some amount of water along with milk.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if rest of the day he is active n taking feeds normally, passing urine in adequate amount n numbers than don't worry, n no need to give water, just increase breast feeding
