my son is 4.5 he is not taking proper lunch or dinner.he is not feeling too much hungerness

Could be due to deficiency of iron in the body I would recommend you to check with your doctor and start with necessary health supplements and tonic which is what is going to be beneficial and with that probably once the deficiency start meeting of the appetite would also be better
