Q.
my son is 3yrs old... he is very thin.... not gaining weight... I feed him stomach full till he give some clues like vomiting.... His energy level is very high... he will not ask for food even he is hungry while playing.... also when he is with his grandparents he just ignores me for food and playing... how can I increase my son weight

Expertpriyamvadha- NutritionistNutritionist3 years agoA. if he is around 13-15 kg there is no need to worry. moreover every children vary in weight and height as it's multifactorial like genetic, birth weight dependant. offer healthy foods at meal time n his immunity is good for favoring growth and development
