My son is 3yrs old. But he doesn't speak much. I mean he doesn't use sentences. Vocabulary is an issue. Whatever he speaks, he speaks clearly. He can repeat a sentence after me. He mostly uses actions n gestures to explain things. What should I do.

A. it is ok for the baby .Speech is a process takes time to become proper . Initially only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time specially mobile screen and T. V. Also help of any speech therapist can be taken for same .
