my son is 3yrs n 11 month but till now he cant connect with others people as he is still suffering from speech delay but he can tell me what he need and i hv also given him to school to mix other kids n develop other skill as he can now write n read..pls suggest me what to do

If Your child is understanding everything well enough then there is absolutely nothing to be worried about the speech and meaning of is going to come over the period now since your child has started going to the school things are going to be better over the period just give it at least six months
