AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom By three years of age the weight should be anywhere between 13-15 kgs and at 4 years the weight should be anywhere between 15-17 kgs. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
