my son is 3yr10mnth. since yesterday he is suffering from stomach pain n vomiting. he hasn't taken any meals since yesterday. plz suggest me some thing

Hello ma’am Without check up just like this medicine cannot be suggested as we do need to know the reason behind it so it would be better that you consult your paediatrician for a proper checkup because if your child is having severe stomach cake and vomiting that could be due to some infection or anything so please consult your doctor for a medicine
