my son is 3yr and 9 months has throat pain no fever ... he takes hot water ...can we give any antibiotics or should we wait ...his throat looks red with whitish spots

A. you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation.f also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics. all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is xgiven as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice. meet dr
