my Son is 3years old he is vomiting on daily basis from 4-5 days after eating he is throw up all food, currently doctor has suggested rantac and ondem but still he is vomiting 1 time in day what treatment need to be given..

if still not better then show to.doctor again
give soft foods like curd rice, dal rice
