my son is 3y his weight is 20kg when he born 4kg now his activities are slow what should I do to become active

Actually if you look at your child is approximately 4 KG is overweight at this age a child could be somewhere around 14 to 16 kg and that too when a child is born with a weight like this 16 kg is going to be good enough in this is further I would recommend you that you should get a check with your doctor they will help you with a proper diet and supplements to follow
