my son is 3months old, whenever he farts he starts crying very loud and become red.

Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies g may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is vbery important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Colic is the main cause of recurrent crying during the early months. All babies have some normal fussy crying every day. When this occurs over 3 hours per day, it's called colic. When they are not crying, they are happy.
