My son is 37 month old. Today he did poop only mucas with small spot of blood.i m worried.plz tell me what is the reason.and should i do

A. check if the stool is hard sometimes finding can be seen in the stool is hard give diet rich in fibre make oats banana papaya etc also see what type of diet you are given which may cause such discoloration

A. no doctor..it was not a hard stool.it was just mucas with small amount of blood.
