Q.

My son is 34month old. since last 2dys he is having fever we have him pacimol as prescribed by the doctor. Suddenly today he was crying and saying tht his stomach is paining & he did poty 3tyms which was fully watery. Gave him ORSL

A. he is having fever 101-102. Last he took medicn at 7:25pm

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamcic acid preparavtions. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
