My Son is 31 weeks old and still no tooth is there. is this normal or do we need to consult a doctor.

Maam you can wait till the age of 17 months if your child doesn’t get its first teeth by completing the time of 17 months also on the higher side then it is going to be a delay but gently the first teeth of the child comes between the time of three months to 17 months
